Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Ryftbet, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Play money only

• Ryftbet is a free-to-play casino game. Every balance on the site is play money.
• Coins have no real-world value. You can't buy them, and they can never be withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for money, crypto, gift cards or prizes.
• Coins only come from the site itself: promo codes, rewards, rakeback, referrals and tips from other players.
• Selling, buying or trading coins or accounts for anything of real value is not allowed.

2. Age limit

• You must be 18 or older to create an account or play.
• If we believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.

3. Your account

• One account per person. Extra accounts will be banned, and so can your main account.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• Usernames must not be offensive, and must not pretend to be staff or another player.

4. Fair play

Not allowed:

• Bots, scripts, macros or any automated play.
• Using bugs or exploits. If you find one, report it to support.
• Using extra accounts to farm promo codes, referrals, rakeback or tips.
• Spam, harassment, hate speech, or posting anyone's personal information in chat.
• Attacking, overloading or trying to break into the site.

5. Enforcement

• We can mute, ban or delete any account, or reset or adjust any balance, at any time if we believe these terms were broken.
• Coins won through bugs, exploits or broken rules may be removed.
• Coins have no value, so nothing is owed for lost coins, balance resets or bans.
• To appeal a ban, contact support with your ban ID.

6. Games

• Game results are random. Every game has a house edge, so over time the house comes out ahead, just like a real casino.
• If a game breaks because of a technical error, our records decide the result, and we may cancel or correct the bets it affected.
• We may change, add or remove games, rewards and features at any time.

7. Privacy

What we store: your username, email address and password hash (we never store your actual password), plus your balance, bets, tips, rewards, referrals and the public chat messages you send.

What we don't do:

• We don't save IP addresses. They are kept only in memory, for about an hour, to stop spam and password guessing.
• No server access logs, no ads, no analytics or trackers, no third-party scripts, fonts or cookies.
• We never sell or share your data.

Cookies: one login cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Your browser also remembers a few display choices, like whether the chat is collapsed.

Deleting your account: ask support. Short-term backups of the database are replaced automatically as new ones are made.

8. Play responsibly

Even with play money, casino games can become a habit. Take breaks, and step away if it stops being fun.

9. No guarantees

Ryftbet is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be online or free of errors. We may pause or shut it down at any time, and that could mean all accounts and balances are lost.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change. If you keep using Ryftbet after a change, you accept the new terms.
